Please keep me in mind in the future I am looking for a gem quality ring stone 25 to 20 by 20 to 15 as an idea of size, a black Opal in a harlequin or broad flash blue. I'm really partial to the blue colored opals. No rush these will do me fine for now the small one is going to be a ring and the larger one is going to be a pendant. It is amazing to look at with a jeweller's loop. The play of colour is even more complex and has more depth under magnification. It is the first natural boulder opal loose stone that I have bought and I am very happy with it.
I have enjoyed looking at the listings on the Opal-Direct website. I am just beginning to learn about opals and have found your website very informative. I especially enjoyed reading about your experiments with opals.
